Sundials in Google Earth **Collection**

This is a collection of visible sundials in GE, at present 141, most of them with a groundlevel picture attached in the placemark. The collection is subdivided in high and low resolution folders, one folder "In Progress" and one extra folder for schoolyard sundials. There are 38 hig res-, 92 low res-, 3 schoolyard- and 8 "in progress" sundials in the placemark. New sundial finds will always be attached at the end of the folders.

Animations:
Summer solstice. The path of the shadow on the day of summer solstice (June 21st).

Winter solstice. The path of the shadow on the day of winter solstice (December 21st /22nd).

Equinox. The path of the shadow on the equinoxes (March 21st and September 23rd).
