This is where the notorious Bunker Boats lay that steal crude oil from the Oil companies by tying into their pipelines. This often results in oil spills, for which the Oil companies are blamed, and extorted to pay penalties.The slick resulting from leaks on the bunker boats can be clearly seen.These boats then sell the crude to tankers lying out at sea. They operate under the protection of corrupt Nigerian officials and Military Officers.
