Very good points Hale.
Sometimes I think we have become too intelligent for our own good, as in looking for all these nitty gritty reasons for the warming effect while the big one escapes us. I'm not saying that we humans don't contribute, but,
If we were to go back to basics for just a little bit, we may realize that the Earth has been warming up for the last 4000 million years, and that the longer that it is exposed to the primary source of the heat, ( the Sun ) the warmer it will continue to get.
Ah Ha !
So, get rid of the sun,,, that sorts us out and every other living thing thats life depends upon it, hence the effects and contribution that we have on global warming is gone. Too easy.
Hang on a minute,,, if the sun has gone,,, then the main cause of global warming has gone,, so can we stay ?
I' confused,,, and it is getting cold in here,,, think I'll go and sit out in the sun for a while and get my daily dose of vitamin E,,, then I'll be able to figure it out,
Edit Note; Thanks for setting me straight on the vitamin D G. Now I know why a Vegemite sandwich is so important for us blokes down under !
