Nice work Narcizo. I have some to add to your collection.
I used to work at the old UK synchrotron laboratory at Daresbury the SRS. For a public open day in October 2005 I compiled this list of placemarks showing as many storage ring synchrotrons as myself and a couple of colleagues could find on the planet. For each synchrotron marked there are three viewing heights. So if you just leave it running as a Google Earth tour it will zoom to each machine in turn.
If anyone reads this post and finds more machines, or mistakes in this kmz file, please let me know.
