Great Collection!
Just for the sake of accuracy, there's a placemark at Palmdale airport for a T-33, but I think it's the same plane that was parked over at the stealth fighter facility for a while, and that was a P-80. As you know, it's a very subtle difference, but you can see that the canopy is shorter than the trainer, and if you look closely at this pic you can see that the wing tanks are attached UNDER the wingtips, not impaled on the ends of the wing.

I love your collection, thanks for compiling it, I've always had a special interest in the T-33.

Here's one that fooled me, it's been parked for a while in various places around Mojave airport/spaceport in California.

When I drove by I was in a hurry, so I just snapped the pic, I thought it was a T-33 now I just noticed the difference in the inlets, just what is this plane?

Hi Carmedic,

I found three aircraft on a rooftop in the town of Villafranca di Verona,Italy.
One of them appears to match up in dimensions to a T-33 and it has a similar shape to it.
The image is of low resolution but you'll know what I mean about the shape when you see it.

@ 4522'6.14"N 1052'1.75"E

I have passed the F-104 on to MM but can not ID the other plane though.

All the best,ploppy

Thank You, MM!
I usually only saw that one at a distance, parked around the airport behind hangers, or out on the apron in various places, I'm fairly certain it's not airworthy anymore.
I did find an old shot from my collection, I knew I had a pic of a T 33 someplace!
As you can see, this one was still on active duty.

Hi carmedic,

Frank pointed out a collection of aircraft in Belgium and it looks as though there may be a Lockheed T-33 among them.
