Sorry for my ignorance, is there a way of sending the file every 3 or 5 seconds to a ftp? I mean if you have a home page you can show where you are ?

This program seems nearly exactly what I have been searchign for, though I have one problem that may be purely ignorance on my part. When I load up GE and am connected to my GPS, so long as the temp place is selected/displayed, GE resets my elevation to the default with every update (4 secs currently). In other words, it follows just great so long as the detail I need on the screen is exactly what is loading up. If I zoom in or out, it will reset as soon as GE loads the upated file.

Am I making any sense?

it's possible to modify the code in order to convert from NMEA to KML from a NMEA file in txt format??? I mean not connected to a GPS online.

Just to let you know that the installer cannot be found on the server when I try and download it

thanx for this software..can i also add some addtional data to my gps data and can i show it as a pop window like right click on the track and see the other datas as we can see on google earth......

I'm not sure this software is still supported. You might want to try GooPs, a similar program. GooPs allows you to configure which data is displayed (e.g. speed, altitiude).
