nice job, JL and red. others might find it too when they know where to look. there is a place around the middle on this stage of the TdF where the street view icons just stop.. (and now we know why ) it's about a kilometer SW from a lot of panoramio dots.

well done, JL, red, tychee, car and mystery. the exact location is > 45.102280�, 2.670167� <. it could have been found by carefully browsing the seventh stage of the tour de france where the street view icons comes to an abrubt halt. the GE picture and street view shot already reveales that it should be on high altitude, so tilting the terrain would have helped too.
