On a matter of absolute accuracy, by which I mean the location centred on the position I give it to BP.

When I watched the programme on TV I got the distinct impression the site was located on a very steep overgrown plot. The GE view dated 1999 shows the area semi-stripped. I think the planning permission was obtained in 2003. Again in the programme the house seemed to have plenty of space around it. Now on VE it looks quite cramped. Maybe thats why Tony and Jo are selling.
