I looking for members who belonged to:USNTC Bainbridge MD recruited from year:1951, for review historical.

I am Argentine (antique collector and 3D graphic designer) and I found in an auction a set of ancient photos, in which one of them, is read "USNTC Bainbridge" and I am interested to put in touch with the person who appears in the photo (maybe his name is: Bobby Ross listed 1951; I think he currently has 75yo aprox.) or know the history of how they got these photos here.
