Hi all
When I live in chech Hradchany 1974-1980, Mig-21 was based on this airbase. Sometimes Mig-23 landed there.

Is it traning base airforce. In war - is it good military airdrome. Under the characteristics this airport can accept large planes. I witnessed landing to this airdrome TU-134 and IL-86 (!!!)

It is "Buyalik" aerodrome, which was part of 17 VA VGK (Ministry of Defence of the USSR). Before demilitarization one regiment of special air-scout and one squadron of EW helicopters based on it. Airdrome was demilitarized in the end of 1990s.
