smarter zooming why not make the <zooming slowly but efficently and finelly more detailed zoom instead of the current

Jeff, one of the more notable items in G-E is the growing number inane posts.
There are the ones that are just plain out of place;
others are personal and of no interest to the world at large (e.g. I found one group over BALTO,MD where someone was using a set of 'i' postings to give directions to somewhere);
some are just plain worthless in other ways.

There are also those that pose a question that has been answered.

Is there a means to recommend deletion of such posts?
Might a moderator be assigned to help "unclutter" the Earth in this manner?

I have seen earth browsing very interesting, but I don't know how to post the places in google earth. Some places are not clear where we want to go. Can you reply how to post ? I have saved unclear places.
