This is a 2Mb download but it covers the whole world and shows the world at night with the excessive light pollution of Europe, North America, Russia and Japan. Looks pretty all the same but the stars are prettier...

I have uploaded it again to the original post, it was working no prob on my PC but after downloading from GEC it didn't load.

Yes, that is one of the things I remarked on. Is there really lights all along the nile?
BTW This image overlay should be of higher resolution that any previous ones. I used the maximum possible resolution and compressed the image with no loss of detail.
