Set Timestamp for placemarks by attributes Date and Time

Sorry for duplication but I am working to a deadline and really would appreciate some quick help:

The new GE version no longer accepts my links: I have been using the following syntax, which was getting me through fine --

http://maps.google.com/maps?q=48.826308,2.346519&output=kml

-- but now suddenly it gets me to 0 0 0 out in the Atlantic Ocean somewhere -- how to change that URL?

It is problem of current versions GE+GMaps.

Time stamp and time span include in "Create raster overlay" feature.

I just downloaded this and am trying to import a kmz file into ArcGIS. When I select the file to add and specify where to save the output and then run the import function nothing happens. am i missing something?

Maybe you make error by set of path to destination?
Need set existing folder for shp files or geodatabase for features classes.
