A small labour of love. Some fabulous trees. Over 100 placemarks.
Not sure what happened to some of the icons but if there is a faulty icon, Google sorts it out with a wee Scottish Flag.

Thanks.

Any information on more accurate posting of any of the placemarks would be useful.
Some high res areas should be able to placemark the actual tree if you know it.
The descriptions on some were vague.

Cheers.

An accurate location for the Kenmore Redwoods would be useful.
Thanks

Nice work Bob - this is very interesting. I have an interest in woodworking and this is great.

Very nice collection fleetpeople. I've written a story about it at the Google Earth Blog.

Here is the story.

For what it's worth, the Blair Drummand Safari Park and estate is in high resolution now. I have no idea where to even begin trying to find the Nootka though.
