Very clever...you already gave the clue, so here's the closeup:

Tokyo Big Sight, a wildly imaginative convention center, sits on Odaiba, which by itself is a pretty imaginative place in its own right.

Your placemark is just a few hundred yards from one I created a while back based on my visit to Odaiba years ago (when I think it was known as "New Town". The .ETA attached is the maintenance facility for the Yurikamome transit line, one of the more elaborate fully automated urban people movers installed to date. If your wife rode the system she might agree that the ride over the Rainbow Bridge and through Odaiba is like moving through some sort of futuristic theme park...highly recommended as a side trip even if you don't need to go to Odaiba.

Whoops...didn't let me attach the .ETA. Here's the Yurikamome maintenance facility, just down the tracks from Tokyo Big Sight.

By the way, catch the Yurkimamome line at its beginning--Shimbashi Station, just a few blocks from the Imperial Hotel, built on the exact site of Frank Lloyd Wright's version, which was "unbuilt" in 1967.

A small portion of Frank Lloyd Wright's Imperial Hotel survives as the bar in the new hotel that replaced it.
