Here are the first half of the stops for the final episode of "The Amazing Race 9" which aired May 17th, 2006. The placemark folder contains details of each stop.

Knowing that the end of the Race was near, the final three Teams left Thailand for Tokyo in hot pursuit of the million dollar prize. The battle between best friends BJ & Tyler and Eric & Jeremy continued as they competed for flights, rode roller coasters and pedaled giant swan boats to the Pit Stop in Lake Yamanaka, Japan. Although the Frat Boys believed they had a physical advantage over BJ & Tyler, the managed to surpass them and pedaled their swan boat into first place. Meanwhile, Ray & Yolanda's sense of direction, or lack thereof, hurt them again. Although the dating couple lagged behind the and the frats for most of the leg, they vowed to Phil that despite finishing last and having their money and possessions taken away, they were still in the Race.

Here are the second half of the stops for the final episode of "The Amazing Race 9" which aired May 17th, 2006. The placemark folder contains details of each stop.

After nine countries, 59,000 miles, and two close calls with elimination, best friends BJ & Tyler won a seesaw battle against rivals Eric & Jeremy to claim the one million dollar prize. From Japan to Alaska and back to Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Colorado, the two Teams traded positions as they had throughout the Race until BJ pulled ahead of Eric at the final Roadblock to score his Team a victory. After a series of navigational woes, dating couple Ray & Yolanda finished a distant third.

Indeed, great job Grinners22! Each week, I would check my placemarks with yours. You were able to find many places I couldn't. Your collection looks very professional (I especially love the Amazing Race icons)!

Now that the race is over, I would suggest you put all of the legs (with the placemarks) into one folder and attach it to a "final" or "official" Amazing Race 9 placemarks post.
