Nice. Here's one of my favourites that's not in that set; the Mount Panorama circuit at Bathurst, NSW.

It actually was a racing circuit back in the 70s. Lack of money shut it down... used to go there at the age of 5 with my olman to see the racing cars... it was wild back then... lots of exciting noise to a little guy :-)

Please do not add placemarks where there are already some good ones.

Here's an overlay for the Talladega Gran Prix Raceway (Munford, AL) showing the track upgrades they will be starting in August 2006 because of the widened highway that is coming through the area. The track owner has already started much of the work and only expects the track to be closed for a month while the new paving is put down.

This marker for The Shanghai International Circuit is incorrect.

The Shanghai International Circuit is at 31 degrees 20' 24.90"N, 121 degrees 13' 13.32"E.

The image is an extremely old one, taken during the construction phase of the circuit.

Time it was updated

Great collection going on here!

I have attatched a link to the British Super Bike Circuits currently in use. I can't take credit for the links (User ShaunStowmarket created them and saved me the bother!), but they are a welcome addition to the fantastic list already presented here.

These circuits are also used for many other types of racing including British Touring Car and BRSCC Club Car Championships.

I partcularly enjoy the racing at Oulton and Thruxton.

Silverstone, Brands Hatch and Donnington are already included in your main list, but most of the others such as Oulton, Snetterton and Knockhill are not.

Cheers and enjoy,
Woodallster
