Could someone in support please take a look at this tread:
http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showthreaded.php?Cat=&Board=EarthExternalData&Number=39393&page=0&view=expanded&sb=5&o=7&vc=1
and help us out with establishing a live link to the weather radars.

I can only get the links to update by doing a logout/login combo...that defeats the purpose of the live link..

Thanks in advance

Thanks for bringing this up, cvj1. I finally decided to come to this forum for help, but you beat me to it.

Here's the gist of it:

Quote:

Each overlay is supposed to use time-based refresh to update "Periodically" (each minute), to update as Intellicast updates it radar images.

The problem is that for some reason this setting very often gets reset from "Periodically" to "Once." I don't know if this is a Google Earth bug or if I've set it up incorrectly. To reset a "stuck" radar, you'd need to right click and "Edit" it - setting it back to "Periodically"... and you might try fiddling with the times to get the image to update right away.

Is this a known bug in Beta (to be fixed)? Or is it a problem with how the overlay was create? Could it be a .kml/.kmz format issue?

BTW, I'm hearing of another user with a similar problem with global cloud maps.
