Caramba , of course I know this building but usually I see it from the ground
and your image is out of his context . . . but ok, I have no excuse.
In Belgium we name this building �le caprice des dieux� (the whim of the gods) because it look like a well know cheese in Europe and also because it cost a lot of money to the people of Brussels.
So I�ll try to do my homework but at first I must find the plans and some technical data and this it not so easy, I like to make model with a max of accuracy.
For example the rocket is exactly the same in dimensions, speed and even colors of witch one Tintin, capitain Haddock and their friends left on the moon . . . yes yes I guaranteed it to you .

Gerard....are you sure you want to do that building....think in your wife, children...they are going to miss you too much...

About the "caprice des dieux" you maybe need to wait a bit until I find some data
