Still working on these. So far I have finished just about all of the 60 minute, 30 minute and 15 minute maps I have for California.
Tonight I started reworking the historical topo maps for Los Angeles California area. The original versions of the maps I did for this area did not correctly line up with the ground in Google Earth. Now they do.
Also, I made some changes to the interface starting with the Los Angeles Maps. Hopefully be a little easier to navigate, especially when there are many different years of the same map. Eventually, I will go back and update the others with this new format.
Also, I thought I would try making GeoTIFFs of the full map with the collar available for download. You can download these from a link in the individual map descriptions. The GeoTIFFs can't be used by Google Earth, but may be usefull for some people with other GIS software. If there is a desire for these, I may go back and upload GeoTIFFs for the other maps I've done.
As always, you don't need to redownload the KMZ file attached to this post. new maps should show up automatically.
