On June 8th, we updated all historical Digital Globe data along with a few other insets. Trying to enumerate everything updated is impossible, but now >33% of the world population rooftops are covered by <1m/pixel resolution data.
On June 11th, we updated the vector layers, re-arranging them, adding business listings for France, Italy, Germany, and Spain. In addition, National Geographic added North America, and the Google Earth Community was updated.
On June 12th, we announced
Google Earth 4 Beta for Windows/Mac/Linux. Also,
Google Sketchup for Mac and an update for Windows that supports exporting textured 3D geometry to 3Dwarehouse and Google Earth.
On July 7th, beta2 of Google Earth was put up for download. It contains bug fixes and some minor enhancements. More information
