Welcome to the high country of Colorado. 21 different ski areas and 21 different adventures. Enjoy the placemarks as they tour you through Colorado's high country exploring all the ski areas in the state.

Each placemark has general stats about the ski area and a website that corresponds accordingly.

I have only visited 9 out of the 21 ski areas.

My personal favorites are:
Loveland, A-Basin.

Enjoy!

What a great list. I've been to 4 ski areas in Colorado, it's a long drive from Dallas.

December '03 - First Time skiing - (realized I'd blown 40 years of my life not skiing )
1 day KeyStone - in a class the whole day, not really enjoying it yet...
1 day Brekenridge - someone showed me hockey stopping now it's fun!!!

March of '04 - Wolf Creek 3 days - Woo Hoo!!!

December '04 - 19 hours on a school bus, 2 days Copper Mountain - 18 degrees, feet cold, still fun.

March of '05 - Wolf Creek 4 days - tired but happy.

March of '06 - Wolf Creek 4 days - CAN'T WAIT.

PS - Please Add Wolf Creek to your list... Can't miss "THE MOST SNOW ON COLORADO" 500+ inches last season. Wolf Creek Ski Area

Here is a view up Park Lane and the half pipe.
Visited Breckenridge twice from the UK to do snowboarding.
Second time, on the first day, fell and popped a rib out of the cartlidge. Just a bit painful.
