Windfarms in Scotland. Separate folders contain operational, proposed approved and rejected windfarms.
Many windfarms have individual turbine markers with height attribute set to the actual height of the turbines. Double-clicking on the folder containing the individual turbines may fly to a 3D view if I remembered to make one. You can get a good idea which windfarms can be seen from any given point.
If you have access to a digitised OS map you can display contours on top of the GE orography, as in this

Within the balloons are links to various windfarm information sites - I hope to balance the positive with the negative about wind farm sites, but this is just a taster at the start of this project.

Oops I didn't know how to reload the kmz file with the new BB software interface and ended up deleting and replacing. That has reset the download counter to zero.
