philverney Master Policeman Registered: 11/29/04 Posts: 5758 Loc: Leek, UK	The city of Perm in Russia is one of Russia's largest cities with a population of over 1 million. More importantly though, it is the home of Google Earth's very own Master Craftman Valery Hronusov. Here are 4 webcams displayed in each corner of the Google Earth viewer. The webcams are from webcam.perm.ru. Enjoy! P.S. Translation with webcams goes at a rate of 20 frames per second. You can update time of refresh.
