This collection of SuperOverlays contains all of the Aeronautical Sectional and Terminal Area Charts for the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. These are based on high resolution digital versions of these maps produced by the National Aeronautical Charting Office. The maps in this collection are not current and must not be used for real-world navigation. They are for educational and simulation use only. I have just finished re-compiling these maps and they should now be the same quality as the original images.

Also included are 3D Airspace Polygons created by Lloyd Bailey. Again, these are not current.

UPDATE 11/2007 - Recompiled for higher quality images and movd to faster server

UPDATE 7/28 - Recompiled using more recent map versions, and higher image quality. Also, changed so that it's now a single large mosaic

Also....there is now a . Google Earth Plugin version than can be run from web browser.

Ok, done switching all of them over to the new index system. Just re-download the kmz file attached to the original post. Should be much easier to navigate than the old index system.

Hi Jeff, if you have Google Earth (free download) installed just double click on KMZ file and it will automatically import itself into Google Earth.

I may have found a problem with the Canadian Toronto region maps. specifically C23 is missing. When you click on its file it opens up C22. And when you open C22 it opens up C21 region.

Any chance you could fix that?

I downloaded your file, but when I click on any of the individual sectional charts, no map overlay comes up. When am I doing wrong here?

Matt, not sure if Im the only one having the trouble but I downloaded the file and cant get a single map to load. I have tried several times with several of the placemarks and none seem to want to work. I have a cable connection so that shouldnt be the problem.

Just wanted to give you a heads up, because if this works, it would be great.
