2001, but that plane you placemarked is 25 Miles North East of Palmdale.
I remember now that my friend esterrett has actually already identified this bird as 17955 using these photos taken in
2004 http://www.sr-71.org/photogallery/blackbird/17955/17955-2004-06.htm Check out the B52 in the background as a reference.
