Looks like a censored area in the mountains of Al Madhah enclave, UAE.
I don't think this has been noted before.

After some consultations with others, this discovery has been listed under "Red-blue swaths" in the "Discolorations" listing in THIS POSTING. It does not appear to have lower resolution than its neighboring areas, so it was not believed to be censorship.

As a matter of note, this area is probably not part of the Omani exclave Al-Mahdah. The borders in Google Earth are of low resolution and somewhat inaccurate. See the map in this Enclaves and Exclaves Web page.
