This looks like Jpeg artifacts.
But since the rest of this scene is pretty high-res, could it be some sort of Stucture ??

No, it's not JPEG artifacts nor is it Atlantis. These sorts of patterns are from the CCD chip which is capturing the images in the satellite. There are a lot of other examples of it around and a post or two explaining it. For instance, the lakes east and north of Hanestad Norway show similar problems. I wish I could find the old posts explaining how the circuit pattern gets into things, but I can't find it now.
