I had found various watermarks to be everywhere in the new high resolution imagery, so I had resolved not to perform further detailed hunts for them. However, you two folks have found a new type of beautiful shiny oval watermaks. When "bebop" alerted me that you had gotten to four, I looked for a repeated pattern and found about 60 more, which come in pairs. I believe that's only 1% of the total in the area.

Thanks PriceCollins. Not sure on the pair thing though. I did find one at this location that seems to be by itself. I do know what you mean about there being several and in a pair. I found about 10 pairs beside the ones I posted.

Notice that yours are farther apart then the ones I found.

It helps to know where to look, so the attached placemark is a grid which approximates where the pairs are located. It's generally valid though most of the city, though less so in the southern and eastern border areas.

Ime, I found the other half of the pair about 95 meters southeast.

I think I need new glasses. I just dont see it. I look 95 meters to the SE and nothing. Can you supply a marker. BTW the grid helps a lot.
