Seems to be ruins in a lake. Maybe the result of the same earthquake/landslide that obliterated the nearby town of Yungay in 1970?

Interesting find, but I believe these are simply digital imaging artifacts. If you look closely at the western end of the large lake about 6.5 miles NNE of your placemark, you'll see similar obects, although not so pronounced.

This is a fairly common phenomenon in GE - sometimes the artifacts strongly resemble printed circuit boards. There have been a number of examples posted.

Here's one, which also points to a number of others.
