It is interesting, but you do not provide much background information. What satellite was used?, what caused the subsidence of the soil?, and how can it be measured so accurately. Fortunately there is Google and I found this article which anwers some of these questions.

As far as the overlay is concerned: Historical point-specific motion mapping of ground and structures in central London
over a 13-year period (1992 - 2005). Faster ground settlement (red linear feature right of centre)
correlates with the construction of the Jubilee Line Extension. ERS and ENVISAT data copyright.
