Amago can be pretty good depending on if they've detailed the track receinty. Management of the tracks changed in the last couple of years. I understand that the tracks, water park and cart track are all on Indian land... thus the name.

Johnson Valley is run by the Bureau of Land Management. Johnson Valley is the second largest OHV area in the California desert and contains some of the most diverse landscapes. Elevations range from 2,290 to 4,640 feet above sea level. The rolling hills, steep mountains, open valleys, dry lake beds and sand dunes of Johnson Valley invite exploration by OHV riders.

Johnson Valley is easily accessible. From I-15, take Bear Valley Rd eastbound. Travel east to hwy 247 and then north on Camp Rock Rd. The entire trip is paved roads until you go the last 4 miles. That is on a well groomed (bulldozed) dirt road. 5th wheels and toy haulers can get in/out with no problems.

Address: 95043 Phone: 831-630-5060 The 50,000-acre Clear Creek Management Area (CCMA). An exceptional OHV experience awaits you if you venture into the rugged Clear Creek Management Area. The only public lands managed by this office that are open to OHV, this area offers thousands of acres and many miles of roads and trails to the hardy OHV enthusiast, whether the interest be in four-wheeling or single track. There are six staging areas and one campground inside the Management Area. There are no fees or services. Several OHV events take place in the Clear Creek area every year, including the National Quicksilver Enduro. The best riding conditions are in the late fall through the early spring. Although beautiful, this area does contain natural asbestos, and the BLM encourages visitors to avoid the area during dry dusty conditions. Call the Clear Creek hotline to find out about dust levels and riding conditions. See Hollister Field Office Contact Information for phone number. Length: 270 Miles Elevation Gain: N/A Recommended Season: Spring and Fall

Sorry for the several month delay in response, but I'm just getting back to working on this.

In case you are still checking back, I am looking for any information on the track such as style and conditions. Anything which helps people decide if they want drive out to the track.
