Try 'help, license' in the viewer

Thanks

Please help me understand if this is acceptable. Lets say access to my specific database is purchased through a website platform. As the data is displayed, I am wondering if geographical information could be melded with Google Earth Pro and delivered through the free viewer. Essentially, the database data is the product, and I am utilizing Google Earth to help provide geographic data. Similar to http://www2.prupref.com/announce/google-earth.php where they melded there real estate info with google earth...the only difference is I am asking for customers to purchase access to my database...I would still offer only a free link to download google earth, they just couldn't have my specific data for free. Thoughts? Please let me know,

From my phone conversation with a GE rep I took that I can create KML and KMZ files and sell access to those files, and I would be within the license boundaries of GEPro. I think the "trick" is to be explicit about what the customer is purchasing so that the customer at no time assumes that the purchased product has anything to do with GE other than that GE is the viewer for it.
