Actually, this hasn't got anything to do with the Walrus,,, but just quietly, a lot of the discussion here has drifted away from the original purpose of this "Current Event" thread, and his phrase is fitting.

We on the b.b.s have been following this thread since day one and commend the efforts by all those who have contributed. Thanks and well done.

Some of the words that have been used to describe the effort here include Huge, Dedicated, Determined, Valiant, Unbelievable and Noble to mention but a few.

As the thread developed from a "Current Event " post into more of a reporting and discussion type of forum we considered it's direction some time ago and decided to leave it run its course until it attracted any further attention.

Just recently we were made aware that some members were experiencing problems loading the thread, which is not surprising considering the size, number of posts and images attached.

Our decision to re-locate any further discussions is in no way meant to be derogatory to the contributors so far, but to provide a thread that these discussions can continue in a forum that will be more appropriate.

The new thread can be found in the Open Forum.
