Eyebrow Crater or the Tikhonravov Crater is 240 miles in diameter. The crater resembles a face with eyebrows and pupils. A leading Russian rocket engineer discovered the crater.

Ortygia Tholus crater is usually covered in dust. Wind has uncovered some ice on the crater rim. The crater is subject to frost at the Latitude of 70.1 degrees north.

The best view you've with '3D Terrain' ON plus 'Elevation Exaggeration' level 3!

Enjoy it!

This overlay shows a little more detail than Keyhole/Mars of the Aureum Chaos area, an example of the chaotic terrain contained in this part of the super-huge Valles Marineris.

Photo is from ESA, European Space Agency, where a wealth of Mars photos can be found (and there are a lot of "chaos" areas in the Mars "terrain" layer!)

The bright color and light & shadows really add a lot I think.. it makes me wonder what Jeff Goldblum's character in Jurassic Park would have to say.

Not so great resolution best vieved at around 9000 miles. Also if you want more pretty pictures of other planets try downloading "Celestia" a freeware space simulator that is like GE but for the whole galaxy, quit neat. Here is there home page Homepage here are some pictures, Gallery
