Well, I got it.
But... aren't elevation data available too? A flat Olympus mons is quite... strange! ;-)

Apart from this... any list of LAT/LONG of interesting places?

OnEarthWMS, I confirmed with Google that the problem you're having with the Mac is due to the URL you are using for your network links. Your URL uses an invalid caret character ( ^ ). You need to either use a valid character or have your server accept the proper encoding for it "%5E".

I've left you a PM as well.

Good news! The KMLs are now fixed and work properly with Mac OS X.

I've made some KML footprint polygons for HiRISE and HRSC image data (available at www.iivault.com/marsdata). When you use the KMLs from http://onmars.jpl.nasa.gov/ as base you can see where the images are located. The problem I have is that when you have overlapping footprints and you do CTRL left mouse button then you only see the information for one footprint (I guess the top on the list). Is it possible to get the info for ALL overlying footprints?

FOR GOOGLE EARTH ONLY !!!

Provides approximate location of anomalous (possible artificial) features in the Cydonia region of Mars.
These features have been the focus of an on-going debate between members of the planetary science community and a growing number of independent researchers. A variety of low to high resolution data sets from Viking, Mars Global Surveyor, and Mars Odyssey can be viewed in a coregistered geospatial context.

Go to http://carlotto.us for more information about Cydonia or read THE CYDONIA CONTROVERSY by Mark Carlotto (ISBN 978-1-4357-5579-6).

N.B. There is quite a bit of content in this initial release (about 54 MBytes). Some of the layers may take a little while to download, depending on your Internet connection.

Placemarks which do not align with Google Earth 5 Mars globe, or have other problems being viewed with GE 5 have been linked to this post.

They may have useful content, but will be confusing when used with GE 5 Mars.

This thread is most useful when viewed with Topic Options > Threaded Mode.
