it's been a long time since you posted it, but i'm currently working on a project about using GE to display a real-time webcam, so it's something like you did but with a high refresh-rate...

I have been testing network links in order to achieve that high refresh-rate and after struggling i did it, but now I display the content of the webcam but there is a blinking effect i would like to get rid of... everytime the newtork link updates, it removes the image and shows the new one... leading to a blinking effect.

I need help on that, any ideas?

Here´s a little something I did along the lines of realtime webcam broadcast in GE.

Actually I looked at the problem from a different perspective and found it quite easy to resolve with a simple iframe in a placemark description.
