That is REALLY nice, of course it's just dyeing to be made a dynamic network link (hint: click to open it as one) (Edit: to clarify see this blog post, which might explain it better than this cryptic reference, of course if it doesn't work do let me know)

Great idea Valery. I can't believe I didn't think about FlashEarth being able to be used now. It's too bad you can't load up FlashEarth with a specific maps/coordinate in mind. That would be a useful way to compare a particular view from another mapping database.

Frank, See my other post  , I can't however think of a nice way to match GE 'range' to FE 'zoom', so its all very approximate now. I thought about making the map type an option, quite easy to do I guess, just need to lookup the abbreviations FE takes in the URL.
