Good find and a real clear picture.

Talking of shadows, when zooming out(in google maps), where the two planes and your placemark come close to one another, I notice your placemark -the yellow coloured pushpin appears to form a clear shadow on the ground, even the needle-point shadow joins to the needle-point of the placemark!!

I hope I am not seeing things!!

Do the placemarks we place form shadows over the terrain? Can someone explain this?
