Well, Il try something..

From my point of view, even the limit is not sharp, there are two cathegories in art:

1- Artistics Expressions
2 - Art pieces

The difference between them is that artistics expressions are just that, a personal demonstration or interpretation of something, made with some technology (paint, a computer, etc) to fullfill the authors desire. Its unique also.

And Art pieces are the same as above, but when something strange happens...when the personal authors desire is the same or similar to a huge amount of people who feel happines to see their own needs of expressions made by other person (the artist).

Ussually, that common desire has to be with a need of beauty, peace, hope, dreams, justice.
In that cases, thats Art to me.

So, even everyone could do a piece of art, of course people who have refined their perception to capture emotions and their ability to use technologies to give shape to them, have more chances to make Art than others. Thats all.

And what is the "strange thing" that sometimes happens?
To me is the emotion that a person feel when looks at an art piece that "touches" her/his soul. Those emotions has an origin: suddenly, we know we belong to something bigger than us and that is common to many other people. The emotion to understand that we are a small part of all. And that others, feel like us.

As I said at the begining, is just my point of view.
