If you *need* imagery instantly, you would need to contact the imagery supplier - they may be able to task their satellite to the desired area.

Best place for that at the moment would be Digitalglobe

There isn't any way, other than waiting to get the images for free though - it just depends what is released by Digitalglobe.

Google mearly show the images, they don't actually take them.
