This KMZ file is about three megabytes and is too large to dispaly on Google Maps.

Use Ctrl-Click on the map to display a balloon popup with voting stats for a specific precinct surrounding or near the clicked point.

Precincts are sorted by county into separate folders fo allow for faster display and easier export to Google Maps -- -- like in this map of Richland County (Columbia).

As in the above Google Map, you may wish to make the colors a little more transparent for Google Maps. You can do this by doing a search and replace on the statewide KML file -- search for <color>b0 and change to <color>7f
