Before I realized that JasonBo was doing the city proper, I'd begun my own versions. Since it seems that some people are having problems getting the overlays to DL from NOAA, I'm gonna toss my placemarks up here.

These files have the overlay image files actually contained within the KMZ. As a result they're each over 4MB. I think they defualt to having all of the images on. You may want to turn off the previous set before you download the next ones.

This is JUST the flooded stretch between the levees on the Lake Ponchartrain coast. I havent done the dry area to the West, or the second strip inland.
