The Municipality of tel-aviv only posts maps.
In the maps that are posted on the net no military bases appear, and there are ALOT of them around, even inside cities.

Think about it...
If any forgien country wanted to launch an attack against Israel and knew where all the bases are? hell, pick any country even the U.S.

I just looked over a mil base near my town and from that res I couldn't Identify it.

So that is probably the reason.
