Possibly. I revisted that link and indeed, I couldn't find the link with the aerial photos of the city (within city limits), but indeed a few months ago there were aerial/satellite photos within the city limits as an option and you could see down to the level of a car parked on the street, though you couldn't tell what kind it was. I wouldn't call it "super hi-res" or anything, and I concede it was only within the city limits, no outlying military bases or outlying suburbs or anything like that.
I can understand Israel wanting to protect its security, but it is still sad because there are many interesting historical sites there.
