On Novaya Zemlya, Russia, can this be a lighthouse? Just judging by the shadow, I think so. But, why here when there are so many places to put one in the vacinity. What kind of shipping goes through this inlet, which seems entirely unpopulated? Perhaps it's an old one from the nuclear testing days of the USSR.
