Excellent, kman. I was in the long process of doing this myself, but when I reached St Louis, on GEarth, I got a 'doh' moment & thought to do a websearch for ' "route 66" + "google earth" ' to see if someone had already invented this tiny-bit tedious wheel.
You did an excellent job with this, from what I can see thus far.
I am surprised no member of any of the R66 clubs jumped right away on to this project, but I am being presumptive.
