I know very little about the Anasazi, the study of petroglyphs, and/or archaeology in general. Having said that, the impression or idea that I had when looking at your collection was one of territory in a farming/ranching/resource sense, almost like a "brand". For example, the 5-rayed stars may denote that farmer or clan's area of operation.
