Hi Ya Swede5 - Thanks for the addition. I've got it saved in both the GE file and the excel file now.

As far as I know there is no way to upload an excel database into GE. I maintain the excel file as the master database because it contains so much info. I then just copy and paste out of it to update and create the new locations in my GE file. Maybe not the easiest way to do it but it has worked for me so far.
