Yep - that has fixed it here in London, UK.

This is much better than manually searching and loading overlays - thank-you!

The only slight issue is that the transparency slider does show (even though the overlays are visable) under I click on the file, but I imagine you know that hence the 'Select and adjust transparency' file.

Edit: These are truly shocking scenes - I drove from Atlanta to New Orleans in May and looking at the route I drove through Biloxi is desperately sad. My thoughts are with the people who have had their lives devastated in this cruel way. Keep your chins up and I know you will beat this.
